A few things I wish I’d known sooner:

It’s the older music, the classic songs that still hold true meaning and depth of lyricized love, truth, heartbreak, or what have you, in their sound. Current music? Not so much anymore.

Everyone has their own time for everything, be it person, a place to be, or an occurrence to partake in their lives.

Sometimes heartbreak doesn’t happen all at once. Sometimes it hits you hard several times before it begins to wear thin and the blows become almost nonexistent. Though nevertheless, you do get over what happened. Slowly, but surely.

We are not in control of every little thing that happens to us, but our attitude towards each circumstance can make the situation a little easier to accept and overcome thereafter.

Sometimes certain conversations are made for strictly face-to-face discussion. Because, there are some looks, certain gestures, that you can’t properly explain to another person via text, email, or phone call.

It doesn’t matter how cute you think you are, sometimes attractive appeal isn’t enough for other people. Once they begin to see past your exterior into who you are, that’s when the real attractive appeal will count.

Your personal decisions do not solely effect you personally.

Live for something beyond just you, something greater than yourself!

After everything is said and done, if it was love then, it is still love now.
